Product: LIOVAC® 3218

Traditional soybean oil fatty acid methyl ester. It exhibits low viscosity and excellent lubricant properties for working with metals.

In addition to being indicated as a lubricating fluid, it is also an alternative fuel for vehicles or equipment powered by diesel (European Biodiesel).

Product: LIOVAC® 3219

Methyl ester of oleic oil of animal origin. It exhibits low viscosity and excellent lubricating property for fluids for working with metals.

In addition to being indicated as a lubricating fluid, it can also be used as a synthetic additive for lubricity.

Product: LIOVAC® 3232 A

It is a trimethylpropane ester that exhibits high heat stability and elevated lubricity.

Indicated as a synthetic lubricating fluid to replace petroleum derivatives in the formulation of lubricants for systems that operate at high temperatures, such as flame retardant hydraulic fluid, for example.

Product: LIOVAC® 4294

It is an isobutyl oleate. Product indicated as a synthetic lubricant to replace petroleum derivatives in the formulation of cutting oils and some protective agents.

Product: LIOVAC® 4260

It is a polyethylenoglycol oleate of vegetable origin, non-toxic, indicated as an emulsifying agent in lubricant formulations with washability characteristics, in addition to improving the fluid lubricity and being biodegradable.



Product: LIOVAC® 1080

Due to its high lubricity power, the sulphonated castor oil can replace partially or totally oils of mineral origin, having extensive use in the composition of synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids.

It has excellent compatibility with antifoaming additives and anticorrosives based on boric acid alkanolamides and free of boron. A transparent solution is obtained when added into water.
