Product: LIOVAC® 282

Additive based on zinc metalorganic compound and tall oil amide.

This is an anticorrosive additive indicated for mineral oil formulations and lubricating greases. It is also widely used as an anticorrosive in soluble oil formulations, not affecting emulsion stability.

Zinc content: 1,0%



Product: LIOVAC® Zn 11

It is an anticorrosive additive based on zinc naphthenate. It is indicated for mineral oil and lubricating grease formulations (does not change the finished grease characteristics).

It is also widely used as anticorrosive for soluble oils, not affecting the emulsion stability.
Zinc content: 11%



Product: LIOVAC® 3355

Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate of light yellow coloring with 15,0% sulphur, 6,5% phosphorous and 7,0% zinc. It is soluble in all types of mineral oils.

Indicated as additive for the formulation of multifunctional package for lubrication of internal combustion engines powered by gasoline, VNG, alcohol and diesel.
Its main function is to prevent wear of the metallic parts of the engine, as well as acting as an antioxidant and anti corrosive.



Product: LIOVAC® 6330

Overbased Calcium Sulphonate, brown in color, with 12% Ca and TBN 275, soluble in all types of mineral oils.

Indicated as component for the formulation of a multifunctional package for lubrication of internal combustion engines powered by gasoline, VNG, alcohol and diesel.

Its main function is to neutralize the acid products from the combustion reaction forming insoluble compounds that remain in suspension and do not agglomerate on metallic surfaces.



Product: LIOVAX® Ba A 67

Demulsifying agent based on overbased barium sulphonate in mineral oil.

Besides improving oil demulsifying qualities, it is also an excellent corrosion inhibitor in humid and acidic atmospheres.

It is soluble in oxidized paraffin and all types of mineral oils.



Product: LIOVAC® Zn 10

Miracema-Nuodex has launched a new anti-corrosion additive for greases: LIOVAC® Zn 10. Due to its high performance, the product surpasses the traditional zinc naphthenate and can be used in various types of greases, with treatment rates between 0.5% and 3.0%.

Among the advantages of the product are high affinity with metallic surfaces and the guarantee of anticorrosive protection, even in cases of severe metal exposure, presenting satisfactory results in tests with synthetic sea water.

In addition, LIOVAC® Zn 10 exhibits high oxidative stability, water resistance, thermal stability and EP/AW performance optimization, as well as maintaining the ultimate grease drop point.

Because it is free from VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) and APEO free (no ethoxylated alkylphenols), LIOVAC® Zn 10 offers low environmental impact in its production, handling and application.
